Payment Process

• Services of Lifetron Hospital are recognized by major Insurance providers and their Third Party administrators (TPA) .
• The insurance coverage provided by the companies on our list is valid only for In patient procedures which needs more than 48 hours of hospitalization and is subject to approval from the insurance providers.
• At the time of admission, a deposit needs to be made at the in-patient billing department, based on your room category. This amount will be refunded once we receive the payment authorization from your insurance provider. In case the insurance is not approved within 48 hours of admission, you’re requested to settle the hospital bill and claim a reimbursement from your insurance provider

Yes, patients are required to pay a deposit as per the category of the bed at the time of admission. In case of a surgery or a procedure, the total estimated amount has to be deposited with the hospital before the surgery.

Patients can make the deposit by cash, debit or credit cards or demand draft. We do not accept cheques. As per bank norms, service charges has to be paid if payment is made through credit/debit cards.

Billing is done on a 24-hour basis.

In order to serve you better , it is required to ensure an advance payment for next one day as advised by our Customer Care Representative. This payment has to be made at our billing counter by 1100 am.

We accept all major credit cards like VISA, MASTER CARD, AMEX & CIRRUS and Traveler’s cheques. We also have an online payment gateway in our website for select locations.
